rediCASE Community Support Program
rediCASE CSP What

To support very small community services, giving them access to rediCASE Case Management Software Core Version (“rediCASE”) at a low entry subscription fee, helping improve their client data, workflows and reporting for a minimum 12 month period.

rediCASE Case Management Software is a flexible, secure web-based and user friendly solution to manage your client’s records, programs, case notes and reporting requirements. By using our software, rediCASE supports your organisation’s clinical governance.

rediCASE CSP Who

Very small not for profit community services which need quality case management software to improve their workflow efficiencies and reportable outcomes by reducing administration costs.

rediCASE CSP How

Your organisation must meet 8 eligibility criteria and 4 conditions of use set out by the Redbourne Group in order to apply online. See below.

rediCASE CSP Eligibility.
  1. Must be a very small not for profit organisation that is not funded by a larger not for profit organisation.
  2. Registered with Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC).
  3. Registered as Deductible Gift Recipients (DGRs) with ATO.
  4. Do not receive Government funding for administration and information technology services.
  5. Organisation mission is to provide a community service in one or more of the following areas: Alcohol & Other Drug, Domestic & Family Violence, Sexual Violence, Mental Health, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health service, other community areas, or regional and remote service supporting their local community.
  6. Recipient is not an IT contractor or third party contracted to the community service applying for the rediCASE Community Support Fund.
  7. Directors of organisation have not been excluded from managing or operating a not for profit organisation or charity in the past five years.
  8. Must have volunteers engaged in the day to day operations of delivering their community service.
rediCASE CSP Conditions.
  1. Recipients cannot on sell, share or forward user access to rediCASE outside of the recipients approved organisation.
  2. rediCASE will review recipient eligibility to the rediCASE Community Support Program each year.
  3. Eligible recipients will permit usage of their logo for marketing purposes and provide customer testimonials, written and visual as part of a sharing of community benefits.
  4. Eligible recipients will feature the rediCASE and link on their website.

To apply for the Redbourne Group’s rediCASE Community Support Program, please ensure your organisation meets the Eligibility Criteria and understands the Conditions of Use. Just complete the Online Application and we will be in touch.
