FAQs

Because rediCASE is a web based system you can choose to have the software installed on servers at your service or hosted by Redbourne in their secure data centre. To host in house organisations must have the capacity to maintain their own server environment. Redbourne will simply install rediCASE on your server and employees will have the ability to access the application on your local network via any web browser.

Alternatively, Redbourne can host the application in our secure data centre. Software updates will automatically be released. This option is particularly beneficial for those organisations that do not have IT support available on site. With this option, users are able to access their data from anywhere, anytime via the Internet.

rediCASE is hosted in one of Australia’s largest and most secure Data Centres, with disaster recovery services located at a second Australian location.

The minimum supported web browsers required to in order for rediCASE to operate smoothly are as follows:

  • Internet Explorer 8+
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.6+
  • Apple Safari 5+
  • Google Chrome 8+

Javascript must be enabled. Some reports require Adobe Reader.
