Bed Management

  • The Bed Register enables you to book clients to specific beds and operates in conjunction with the Accommodation Module.
  • The Bed Register must be configured before you can utilise the Bed Scheduler functionality. This is easy to do in rediCASE.
  • In this feature your service can apply a bed name, characteristics such as assign a gender preference to the bed, the type of bed, age group appropriate for the bed type and funding type for the bed – DOC, DoH, N/A.

Start by assigning a client to an Accommodation Program

  • This will help to record all the information about the client’s Accommodation Program via their case file/treatment episode record.

Setup financial transactions

  • Centrelink allocation rules where you can apply accommodation fee, start and end dates, apply the % of Centrelink funds to your client account and the number of days in the accommodation
  • General ledger and receipt accounts for monitoring the payments fully complies with GST, inclusive or exclusive for financial reporting
  • All residential clients are assigned a Holding Account, where all money for the client is received or spent

Suppliers are an optional part of the Accommodation Module and used when purchases are made by or required for the client. Your service will be able to record all the business information of the supplier, like logging a tax receipt.

Reporting made simple

  • Check the balance of your client’s account, create receipts, purchases or refunds, and print a client statement by date range
  • Save any receipts for purchases made outside of the program by uploading copies and save within the client’s record.
  • Even check on bad debts by a simple reporting function.

Record client’s signature using a dedicated signature panel by using a mouse, finger or pen depending on the hardware the rediCASE user has.
