In November 2021, rediCASE introduced a new module called the Survey Module. This module is designed to assist PHNs (Primary Health Networks) in creating compliant PHN YES Survey templates that can be customised with branding and introductions.

Survey Module, exemplifies our commitment to continuous improvement. By streamlining the survey creation process, we aim to simplify data collection and analysis, enabling our clients to make informed decisions.

  • PHNs can manually trigger or allow Service Providers to manually trigger SMS / Email correspondence with Survey link

  • Clients may respond to surveys via SMS / Email link sent, including saving a PIN protected draft and returning to Survey to complete.
  • PHNs may view reports based on surveys sent out, correspondence sent out, and survey answers
  • Survey response reports include the PHN compliant YES survey aggregation and breakdown of survey responses by individual question.
