To ensure higher security for our rediCASE Case Management Software customers, we have implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”) as an additional sign-on.

This means all rediCASE clients must select email MFA or SMS* as part of their software subscription.

Fraudulent attacks occur on a daily basis. Once your credentials are compromised, the risk of a data breach is extremely high. This makes strong password security and authentication essential, especially when accessing highly sensitive information in rediCASE.

“We know MFA works. We have implemented MFA for all our staff, and as we all know, MFA is used for banking mobile apps, online shopping and many other web-based programs which store your personal data,” said Stephen Menhinnitt, Managing Director of Redbourne Group, the parent company of rediCASE Case Management Software.

Many of our customers have already selected MFA via email as this is at no additional cost to their annual rediCASE software subscription. SMS is also available (standard fees apply), a quick and easy way to verify sign-in attempts.

As cyber security standards evolve so to will rediCASE security practices to ensure client’s data is always safe.
