Not to mention, rediCASE has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”) as an additional sign-on. This ensures that only authorised users can access the system, providing an extra level of protection against potential security threats. By requiring users to provide two or more forms of identification to gain access, MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to sensitive information.
Finally, our staff undergo continuous training in good security practices, such as identifying phishing emails, handling Personal Information as defined in the Australian Privacy Principles, and identifying scams.
