Cyber security has become a top concern of many organisations across Australia. At rediCASE, we take data security seriously.

Redbourne Group – the rediCASE’s parent company, is certified to ISO 27001:2013 and its payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant. This means we apply rigorous security standards to the development, operation, and administration of our software. This ensures that your data is actively protected, so you can have peace of mind knowing your information is secure.

Furthermore, Redbourne has achieved Essential 8, Level 3 Maturity, which is the highest level set forth by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC). This framework enables organisations to implement strategies and controls to protect against cyber threats.

Not to mention, rediCASE has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”) as an additional sign-on. This ensures that only authorised users can access the system, providing an extra level of protection against potential security threats. By requiring users to provide two or more forms of identification to gain access, MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to sensitive information.

Finally, our staff undergo continuous training in good security practices, such as identifying phishing emails, handling Personal Information as defined in the Australian Privacy Principles, and identifying scams. These measures enable us to protect both our staff and our clients’ data from potential threats.
